Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 1 year of experience training (ILT and virtual one-on-one & group); excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills; exceptional written and verbal communication; commitment to quality, service oriented, and a high work ethic. Must be able to travel between branches locally and throughout the state as necessary.
Prefer experience with Articulate 360 suite; general knowledge of credit union processes such as tellering, lending, member service, online and telephone banking, and debit and credit cards.
