Description

Team player, quality driven, creative, inventive, flexible individual to facilitate job-related technical training. Support the lead trainer with product and software updates and conversions, and new process and procedure implementations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical training and collaborate with other TEAMs for other training opportunities as needed.
• Work with SMEs and various TEAM members to create, research, test, and update training guides and course material to support updates, efficiencies, and consistency. 
• Travel to branches and venues for various training opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 1 year of experience training (ILT and virtual one-on-one & group); excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills; exceptional written and verbal communication; commitment to quality, service oriented, and a high work ethic. Must be able to travel between branches locally and throughout the state as necessary.

Prefer experience with Articulate 360 suite; general knowledge of credit union processes such as tellering, lending, member service, online and telephone banking, and debit and credit cards.
